New Customers:
We suggest you allow us to get your glass "dialed in" to our standards.
We want you to know the "wow effect" afterwards.
We cannot acheive that without cleaning glass on both sides.
NOTES:
- Extremely large panes of glass and high up panes of glass will be slightly higher in price.
- French windows and doors - $.75 per pane
- Removal & replacement of internal or exterior window grids for cleaning purposes will be an additional - $.50 per grid charge for handling
- When excessive amounts of paint, stain or water spots are present on windows an additional charge may be applied.
- Our minimum trip fee is $100.

GLASS CORROSION DEFINED
Stage 1 Corrosion - is defined as glass with light corrosion, with
little or no damage to the glass.
Stage 2 Corrosion - occurs when deposits are no longer on the surface
of the glass, but have started to breakdown the molecular structure
of the glass after the stain has been removed.
2 TYPES OF STAINS
* Glass Oxidization - Window's glass appears "hazy" and has white
"etched" look.
* Hard water Stains - Window's glass appears to be etched with white
"tear drop" shaped deposits. It can also appear as though substance
has been "dripped" down the window's surface.

The water fed pole is becoming the favorite
of many customers. It is the usage of pure water fed through a pole
at a low rate, the pole has a soft brush on the end of it that is
used to agitate debris. This totally safe and revolutionary method
of cleaning windows means your windows are experiencing (maybe for
the first time) pure water, free of minerals and acid. Once the
final rinse of pure water hits your windows you can marvel at the
results. This technology also virtually eliminates the usage of
ladders, thus protecting your homes landscape in the process.
