What is the process that makes pure water for this process?
Water contains dissolved mineral salts that are separated into positive and negatively charged ions. Positively charged ions (cations) are exchanged with hydrogen (H+) in cation resin and negatively charged ions (anions) are exchanged for hydroxide ions (OH) thus, the process forms water (HOH) or (H20).
Will the pure water harm my plants or grass?
No. The water is essentially just water without minerals and will not harm the areas around your home.
What should I do to prepare for this process of cleaning exterior windows?
Nothing. We will come in to make sure all windows are locked tightly prior to the cleaning.
Will the pure water damage my homes exterior?
No. 99.9% pure water is safe to cascade down onto the ground
What benefits do I have in having this process utilized at my home?
Your windows will not attract dirt as easily as they are free of soap film that lingers after hand washing. It's faster, thus you will have servicemen at your home for a shorter period of time. It's safer as the usage of ladders is not warranted. It's environmentally friendly as harsh chemicals are not used. Prices can be reduced greatly for regular cleaning with pure water usage as your windows will be "dialed in" to our process.
Is soap used for this process?
It depends on the condition of your glass. If the glass has hard water stains or oxidation we will have to use detergents and other cleaning agents to get the glass clean. Our pure water waterfed pole employs no soap but rather uses pure water as a cleaning agent.
